Martin understands how hectic and challenging life can be and how hard it can be to have time to feel and look good every day.
Martin is NEO’s exclusive and in-house Appearance Medicine Doctor. Originally from the UK, Martin trained and became a Doctor in 1988 before moving to New Zealand in 1995 with Wife Michelle. Dr Watts works part time at NEO and as an Emergency Medicine Specialist at Southland Hospital.

Michelle understands that there is a connection between feeling good and looking good.
From a small village in Cheshire, she moved to Leeds and started her nursing career back in 1986. Top student in her Aesthetics programme at the National School of Aesthetics in 2004, Michelle continued working as a nurse whilst also nurturing her 3 children.
In 2014 Michelle opened NEO Skin Lab with her Husband Martin, determined to create a Clinic that combined the best features of all of her experiences and supported her belief that everyone should have a sanctuary to rejuvenate and pamper themselves.
Michelle’s primary focus is on cosmetic injections which includes Profhilo, SuneKos, AquaGold Facials, skin needling and RF Micro-needling.
NEO Skin Lab is dedicated to superior client care and education in Appearance Medicine and Aesthetics.
NEO Skin Lab holds education in the highest regard and ensures that every service is performed to the highest standard. Both Michelle and Martin have a passion for not only mastering clients' goals to look and feel beautiful, but also getting to know them and building long term relationships. When not at NEO Michelle and Martin love to spend quality time together with their adult children, good friends and many pets.
We believe understanding anatomy and science is the most effectual way to deliver effective treatments. Our Medical experience is central to how we work, in understanding the intricacies of human anatomy and interactions with certain compounds and chemicals, we are able to tailor treatments and results for our clients. We pride ourselves on being age management experts.
